1 Introduction & Consent

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Cikrex can be made via mobile banking and e-wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted. A minimum deposit amount applies and is clearly stated on the platform.

A completed KYC (account verification) is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of submission, though some cases may take longer.

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, Cikrex reserves the right to void that round and refund the stake. Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for an unfair advantage will result in permanent account closure.

Any dispute between Cikrex and a user will first be addressed through our support team. If the matter cannot be resolved that way, the appropriate legal process will be followed. In all disputes, Cikrex's decision is considered final, though the right to legal recourse remains reserved.
